Enchantments

<h2 id="generalites">Premises</h2>
<p>The skills system is a level-based use to unlock some custom functionalities added on top of Minecraft Vanilla. For the moment, there are only two (2) skills to level-up: mining and fighting. The max level for all skills is level 30.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Before starting a war</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Each faction will agree upon a "No Man's Land". If the two factions have touching claims, an undevelopped part will be designated. If the two factions have no touching claims, a random area in the map will be agreed upon.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Each party will designate an headquarter outside of the "No Man's Land", these headquarters cannot be captured during the ongoing war. Staging areas or capture points located within the "No Man's Land", which can be captured, will be designated and agreed upon by both parties.&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Once the "No Man's Land" and staging areas are predetermined through consensus, a grace period of <em>at least 48 hours</em> will begin. During the grace periods, each team is <em>obligated </em>to build half the staging areas, which they will subsequently own. And can should they wish to start building their defenses. If an odd number of capture points is defined, one (1) capture point must be build by both teams and will stay neutral.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">During the war</h3>
<h4>Offensive</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">To capture staging areas, each faction will need to mount an offensive. Attacks will consist of <em>build battles</em> of heavy artilleries and logistics, such as: tanks convoys, landed helicopters and airplanes, APC, patrols, frigates,&nbsp;<em>etcetera</em>. Captured areas will be noticeable by the flag of the party who captured it. To counter, the opposing team can deploy proportionate defensive structures in order to thwart an offensive and / or commit to a counter-offensive with assault units of its own. When a successfull counter-offensive is mounted, the staging area's flag needs to be changed to the team's flag. All reckages, can be moved, but must be kept in a ruin state.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">Defense</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Defensive structures must be built within a capture point's defensive zone, which is a 35 to 75 blocks radius from the center of the structure, depending on the structure's size (see <em>Defensize Zone Radius</em> section below). The maximum defensive capabilities of each defensive structure is 3 units.</p>
